Welcome to the 2010 School Building Expo. We are delighted to have you as a part of this year's School Building Expo Conference Program. If you have any questions about the conference please let us know. We are here to help. On this site you will find copies of all the forms, the timeline, and important updates. We are excited to provide this resource for you and we hope you will use it.

Here is a timeline with all of the important dates and deadlines.

1. NOTIFY SCHOOL BUILDING EXPO OF WEBSITE CHANGES
The complete conference program will be posted by January 6th. There you will find session descriptions, session benefits, speaker names, title/company information as well as dates and times. If there are any errors please let us know by January 20th. Note: How the information appears on the website is how it will appear in the conference brochure. Speakers are listed in alphabetical order by last name.

2. BIOS & PHOTOS
All presenters biography and/or photo will appear on our website and in our on-site event guide. If you have not already done so, please send a current bio and photo (.eps or high resolution .jpg) via email to jenabeth@jdevents.com. Bios should be a short paragraph. We must receive these by February 19th to be included in the on-site event guide. Any received after this date will not be included. You may check out the speaker page to see if we have your bio already.
3. CONFERENCE REGISTRATION & FACILITY TOUR CHOICE
As a speaker you receive complimentary registration to the three-day conference (May 11-13) that we have already processed. With your conference registration you may also register for a facility tour (subject to availability). The deadline to register for a facility tour is April 30th.

4. COLLEAGUE DISCOUNT
You are welcome to offer a client or colleague a 20% discount when registering for the conference. Please use the following code to receive the discount: SCEG2D.
5. HOTEL & TRAVEL
Speakers are responsible for their own hotel and airfare. SBX had negotiated special group rates of $157 + tax for a single or double at the Hyatt Regency Chicago. Please make your room reservations early as rooms fill up quickly and are available on a first come, first served basis. The discounted room rate expires on April 12, 2010.

7. PRESENTATION GUIDELINES AND DEADLINE
Please take a moment to review all of the guidelines. Even if you have spoken at SBX before we have made some additional requirements this year and expect everyone to comply. Remember, presentations are due on April 2nd, 2010.
It is your responsibility to coordinate with your fellow presenters as to who submits the final information. You can also download a presentation template and/or the SBX logo for use in your presentation. While including the presentation template is optional we would like you to include the SBX logo on your slides.
