All Conference Packages Include: On the days for which you're registered, you'll have access to all programs, sessions, keynotes and events. You'll also receive Conference Handouts, Attendee Gift Items, and Post-show Online Access to materials (as available).
Lunch is included on Tuesday and Wednesday, breakfast is included Weds. and Thursday.
Expo Hall Only pass does not include meals or any sessions, handouts, or materials.
Tuesday is the Half-Day Pre-Conference Workshop on School Security, then Lunch, and Offsite School Tours. Additional school & campus tours take place on Thursday afternoon.

The School Building Expo is being held at the Renaissance Schaumburg Hotel & Convention Center but thanks to strong registration, rooms are now sold out there.
We suggest: Radisson Hotel Schaumburg, 847-397-1500 – ask for the School Building Expo rate of $99. The Radisson will provide limited shuttle service to the convention center.
There is also the Embassy Suites Schaumburg, 847-397-1313. Local transportation is on your own.

Airline Flights: The nearest airport is O'Hare, which is about 15 minutes away.
Our Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received in writing before March 17 will be refunded, less a $50.00 processing fee. On/After March 18 no refunds or credits are issued for any reason, including no-shows. If you cannot attend, you may send a substitute from your organization at no extra cost.
Other Policies: It is sometimes necessary for us to substitute or omit a presenter or program, or to change times of a program or event. Where possible, we will post these changes at our website, www.schoolbuildingexpo.com
We occasionally use photographs or company names of show participants in our promotional material. By attending, you agree to usage of your likeness or company name in such material.
Vendors who are not exhibiting are asked to respect the investment of our exhibitors. Soliciting business by non-exhibitors is strictly prohibited. Violators will be asked to leave the event with no refund of fees paid. Thank you in advance for your understanding of this policy.
AIA Member discount does not apply for Associate Members who are vendors of products or services (building materials, school equipment, etc.). Show Management reserves the right to determine eligibility for registration categories.
