School Building Expo is the official host of the Spring 2008 meeting of the AIA Committee on Architecture for Education.
The AIA Committee on Architecture for Education (CAE) is a large and active group of architects and allied professionals concerned with the quality and design of all types of educational, cultural, and recreational facilities. While a large portion of our members practice in the K-12 and higher education markets, we look to serve the need of those in the entire Pre-K through 9 market. CAE identifies national educational facility issues critical to architects and works to strengthen relationships with allied organizations, client groups, and the public.
The AIA CAE goals are to focus on effective project delivery, team building, collaboration, project management, financial management, communications skills, management skills, and cutting-edge design issues for architects providing the diversified services associated with educational architecture.
