You'll learn how you can make building and design choices that positively affect everything from deterring intruders, minimizing bullying, and preventing an ambush. See the right way to employ passive design elements in addition to electronics, security hardware, and lighting to improve the security of your buildings. Formerly a manager of a major construction project in the New York City Schools, Nair has designed schools in 23 countries on five continents. He has written extensively in leading international journals about school design.
